Time saving Mitre box
Made sawing mitre & 90 degree cuts quickly and accurate. The perfect tool to use on dado and mouldings as these both fit the Mitre box and are able to be clamped buy its incorporated vice.

Rubbish
I bought this mitre box to cut coving and some upstand sections - neither of which I could successfully do using this tool. As others have said it's very flimsy, the angles don't line up, and the box material seems to disintegrate the more it is used. Baffilingly, even the 90 degree slots didn't align and weren't vertical, resulting in a doubly squint cut

Poor…
I thought this was the mitre box to do me for the rest of my days- good brand, clamps to hold wood. Wrong. Awful. Shards of black plastic everywhere, angles not fitting together no matter how careful. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible. Don't buy it
I rarely feel strongly enough to bother with a review but this is genuinely terrible. I was happy to take a chance on a cheap box as I only have 5 cuts to make for fitting my upstand. I used a small hand saw and cut slowly yet it still sliced through the plastic right away. I'm not even convinced this is accurate as my saw bends in the slots, and so does my set square when I checked it. The clamps are also useless. Just avoid it. I'm trying a wooden block next. I've wasted time and ended up with a wonky cut that can't be fixed. Other Magnusson products are good. This is one to avoid.

Waste of money
Bought this mitre box to cut 2" square wood to make a frame for a work bench, the 90 degree cutting slots did not line up square so whichever way you used a saw it was impossible to get a square end. So do not waste money buying this item.
