Mitre boxes

Mitre blocks, also known as mitre boxes allow you to cut accurate angles in decorative timbers such as skirting, architrave and beading. The piece of material being cut is placed inside the box and clamped in place, which is then cut at the desired angle using one of the saw guides. A mitre block is essential when you need to create regular mitre joints.
