Nice looking fan
Purchased couple of weeks ago, looks good and works well

It extracts but is a flimsy design
The front grill is held with a single screw and the wiring leaves little space to piece this back together. The grill ratyels intermittently I won't be buying this again

Flying sparks
I had this fan fitted by an electrician who is CPS registered. I received a minor works cert for it too. After a year of use, the fan just sent sparks flying out and loads of smoke coming out too. Tripped all the electrics. Definitely avoid!

Annoying Noise
Product looks good and was nice and quiet when first installed. However after a week or so it has started making a loud noise like something is up with the fan inside so I will need to call my electrician back to have a look and if he cant fix the problem I will have to get a different exctractor fan. Not very happy

How do I clean it?
Had this about 10 yrs think or maybe less, any way don't know how to get into it to clean because our dumb plasterer plastered around the edge of it,so would mean me digging the plaster away just to get to find a way to open the thing, which i can't see if is one! Do like the chrome look though, but not working well because clogged up with dust!

Bought over a month ago, quiet product and looks smart

Poor wiring
This replaced a fan of the same make. It is quiet and works well enough. Irritatingly, the two wires from the connecting block to the motor are both black even though one is live and one is neutral so, if the block has slipped off its mount, which it will do, and you forget which way round it went, which is easy, you may connect up the wrong way. Silly & cheapskate finish to an otherwise OK item. Otherwise I might have given it four stars

annoying
first. its a bathroom extractor fan thats not suitable for showers which you dont find out untill you unpack it and read the instructions second. to fit it you have to prise out the center screw cap which marks the cap and surround.
