Great value and good quality fan, easy to install and good timer for light

Great fan
This fan seems to be the only make that doesn't have build problems, I have had air vent and expelair, they are made by the same manufacturer and their is a build fault. Timers don't work and they can be wired incorrectly, been going on for around three years. No one seems to be doing anything about the fault.

Good fan with adjustable overrun timer.
Bought this previously a number of years ago. Just bought another as the old one died. Simple replacement and new one running ok. Adjusted the timer so it runs for 4 min after the light being switched off. Not super quiet, sounds like a bathroom extractor fan, but not too bad. Has a three year warranty. Can't remember how long I had the old one for.

Extractor Fan des what I wanted quietly
Bought this to replace an expired extractor. It was simple to fit. It fitted exactly with the existing flues and even the wall fixing points. It's quieter then the previous fan giving an unobtrusive hum when in use. Can't comment yet on lifespan but very pleased after a couple of weeks of being fitted
