Beau produit mais pas fiable
Août 2023 Bonjour Au bout de 2ans d’utilisation (acheté en septembre 2021) un des câbles de suspension a lâché soudainement. Nous souhaitons un remplacement standard

Problème d'accroche
L'un des câbles d'attache du lustre à céder après 1 an d'installation. Hors il venait remplacer un lustre identique qui avait déjà céder de la même façon et que le sav du magasin nous avait remplacer. La chaleur fragilise peut être la fixation.
