Pipe removes
The vacuum cleaner itself is great; however, the pipe connecting the machine to the brushes keeps removing when in use. I had to improvise to fix the pipe—other than that the product is a good one.

I bought this cleaner last month as I already had a Henry and can’t say enough about how good they r This one was a present for my daughter as she was moving into a new home and when they were staying with me she loved mine great value for money and great suction for the price

Absolutely Sucks
Great wee vacuum cleaner, none of the fancy stuff. Good strong suction and decent set of tools, I like the idea that a replacement set of tools is available and doesn't cost a fortune. Rare in the UK these days.

Excellent and arrived quickly
This replaced a 15-year-old henry that my pet sitter broke. Never loses suction, low maintenance, long time between emptying. I also appreciate the longer cord.
