The product didn’t do the job
I bought this product recently but was disappointed that it only rang during testing but didn’t seem to be compatible with our door bell and wonders why hence the return. However,the product is ‘New’ on the market and didn’t have any review as at the the time of purchase as I would not normally buy a product without a review but I thought I should try the product without the review. Unfortunately I was disappointed but having said that it might work well with others has it has the smart plugs which can detached.

Worked for until just after the warranty expired!
No complaints for the first 12 months or so... 13 months on, and it has just stopped working! Doesn't matter which outlet I plug it into the light flashes once and that's it. No life it in. Something ain't right but it's just out of it's warranty!

Not what I thought.
I thought this product would be like a hive where the last movement on it was recorded to the device for you to see. It isn’t, unless you have a subscription. Subscription free devices are available. Do not recommend

Works as expected
Simple to set up straight out the box. Bought as ring didn’t come with a chime. This was so easy to setup

Excellent piece of kit
Easy to setup and use. Well packaged and looks pleasing does not look out of place and the blue led gives a soothing blue glow when it’s dark.

Purchased this 2nd generation chime as others had said it was louder, and I find it is. No more missed callers!
