This product is awful
Bought this today. Wish I had read reviews first. Drilled holes in wall and fitted wall bracket. Then went to fit plate to rear of my 43" tv and it does not fit. Quite clearly the packaging is wrong and has been highlighted over and over again on the reviews. As also mentioned elsewhere even if the plate had fitted the bolts supplied are miles too short. Why is B&Q still displaying this knowing that it doesn't do what it is supposed to. Rang manufacturer to query - said would come back to me. They must have known it is wrongly labelled.

Got this home and half of it is missing. Struggling to understand why it was back on the shelf for sale if half of it is missing from the box. Now having to take it back and go to another store tomorrow. So inconvenient for no reason.

Avoid this product.
This is a terrible product. Difficult to fit, screws were too short for the TV, too tight to move easily and tv rocks side to side on mount. We've just moved house and have fitted 4 different TV brackets in the last few weeks with no trouble but this one was awful. We have now drilled holes into the wall we are going to have to fill before buying a new mount to fit to the wall. You can buy cheaper, better products on amazon.

Screws not long enough
I bought the bracket as said compatible with my TV, only 39" TV for bedroom. Should have checked plate fits on TV before drilling wall and putting mounting bracket up, although the holes line up with the back of my TV, the screws that come with pack are far too short, now going to have to go out and find longer screws as too much hassle to take back to store.

Not compatible with a 32’ Samsung T5300
The screws in this box are too short to reach the thread in the back of the Samsung I was bought for Christmas.

What I needed but didn't want to happen.
I bought this bracket for my Sony 50 inch TV, great design but lacks the grip on TV tilt, it was to fit in a gap in my false fireplace, fitted great but it's not mentioned allow for sag, refitted got it perfect set the tilt, seemed to hold, pushed back to to front of false fire place and the tilt dropped, re tightend tried again, got fed up in the end, shame because it would have been the perfect bracket.

Good product
Easy to fit and does exactly what it’s supposed to. Easy instructions to follow and apart from lifting the TV into it it can all be done single handed.
