Tried 2, both broke
Bought one, returned it within a month for not oscillating and got a replacement. The replacement did the same thing within 2 weeks.

Returned twice with an electrical fault
I bought this to compliment lots of other Ryobi tools already own from the One+ range but have to say this is the worst of all the tools. I ended up getting a refund and frustrating that may have to buy another brand and another battery

2 versions- Anyone know why and what is different?
I’m looking specifically for Ryobi multi tool but there’s 2 versions available and have not solid reading of which one is newer or better than the other.

Great little tool
I like ryobi as an enthusiastic DIY man. It is up for the level of work I ask for and hasn't let me down.

Unreliable
I purchased this on April 22 and used it a handful of times on light DIY tasks - it suddenly stopped working! I would avoid and buy another brand for this type of tool. The other Ryobi tools are great, but this is not to their usual standard.

Perfect for home DIY
Given the tons of negative reviews I was hesitant to buy this, but went for it and have not been disappointed, I've used it on drywall, wood, nails and to sand down plaster (tried to do a screw but that's only time the blades have fallen short) and despite the mess I've put it through it's still going strong

dose what it says its Brilliant
i was a bit worried when reading the reviews, but took the risk, and the multi tool as been brilliant, never missed a beat did what it needed to do and more - i love doing DIY and this is gonna be out the tool box again definitely

Believe the negative reviews - stopped working
I bought this 11 months ago - used it for a couple of light jobs (cutting off some nails and some skirting board) and I’ve gone to use it for a third time and it has just stopped working. I’ve got the cordless drill and the sander, both are great. But this multi tool is pants. I will attempt to get an exchange for something else at B&Q.

This product is very poor quality
I've had two of these both useless, I've taken apart , the switch is to complicated , using a mini printed circuit board, the tool gets hot in use and destroys the switch, Ryobi should recall this model and fit a simple switch, in the mean time B&Q should stand by there customer's and stop selling Ryobi tools

Stopped working just when I needed it!
Bought it in June 2022 worked ok for a while ythen just packed up. Very disappointing as the Ryobi one tool range are good Reading reviews seems the first model was good then something changed? As I have quite a few Ryobi one tools want it replaced B&Q if you read these reviews ??
