Don't waste your time DN14
Bought to replace older unit. Didn't pick up any channels. DN14 postcode. Wasted 2 hours stripping cables and trying to get a reception. Instructions very basic. No guidance on coax connections (not included). Taken back for refund and using old box until I find an alternative.

Very poor product
I bought this from B&q. The coaxial connectors were poor quality and the threads on the male adaptor were stripped. The earth clamp on the female connectors were weak and the box didn't work!! Wasted day to try and get it to operate. Threw it away and went back to the box I had. I would give it zero if I could

Amplifier
i bought this to improve the signal and tv reception, it replaced an old one, it appears to be doing a good job, the signal has improved, we aren't having signal drop out any more , it was easy to install, it does require an electrical supply but we had that already, i'd recommend it

Worse than the 30 year old one it was replacing
I bought this yesterday to replace what I thought was a failing 30 year old booster. The pciture would break up regularly. Very long story short, it failed to boost at all. All three TVs became completely unwatchable. Looked at Amazon reviews and discovered what looks like a significant proportion of non-work devices. Will be steering clear of SLX.
