Awful product. You open it up to find a number embedded into the plastic, which isn’t the right code. Was 1081 on mine. I read reviews on here and tried to find the code/instructions. Could t find anything. For a company that supposedly specialises in security this is a joke. I only wish there was a zero star option.

It’s a Puzzel

It’s a puzzle in it’s self to even get this lock out of the packaging. Instructions on the outside are useless, you have to break into the back of the packaging to find the code (It is not the number imprinted on the plastic cover! Otherwise, it seems to be a good lock so far.

Not impressed with it so far

No visible instructions on how to operate had to search online for directions on how to even find the default pin for unlocking it. It’s going to be indoors so hopefully it lasts better than some of the other reviews on here .....

The padlock was difficult to open on a few occasions as it seemed to be too stiff to move the dials. It then wouldn’t open and had to be cut off.

Its not obvious but the instructions are in the plastic box bit in the packaging. Once you have them, you can open it!
