Easy to use, durable, cordless and effective at cutting thicker branches.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Stigma HT300e cordless hedge trimmer for free via Influenster, in exchange for my honest review. 🌿 The weather hadn't been particularly great for gardening this autumn, since we received this product, but we did manage to tackle the overhanging branches between Mum's bungalow and her neighbour recently. This cordless trimmer provides the power needed for even tougher branches but the biggest bonus for my OH is there are no dangling cables to get in the way. (He had previously cut through our corded hedge trimmer cable!). With a 54cm laser cut steel blade and 23mm cutting capacity, this trimmer tackles medium to thick branches, making it perfect for maintaining a medium sized garden. The rotating handle has 5 settings up to 180° for maximum flexibility, meaning no more awkward twisting to reach challenging angles. Plus, the soft grip makes it comfortable to use. It runs up to an hour on a single charge and with two 20V rechargeable batteries and a charger included, you’re all set to keep going without interruption. There is a wall mounting included with the hedge trimmer, allowing you to hang it up in a shed or garage, but we didn't install it as we hang the bikes up on stands in the garage and that already takes up wall space. There is a 5 year guarantee on this product, which is above the usual 1 or 2 years many brands offer. Hopefully we will get more use next year when we can start using it earlier in the season.

Powerful hedge trimmer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a powerful and easily handled hedge trimmer! Once I figured out the charger( my fault for not reading!) and got it working it’s a great and powerful performance from a battery operated device. The battery lasted for me to trim the hedge and also a couple of bushes that needed to be tamed! The trimmer went through hedges with ease and did not get stuck or jarring when going through the thickest part of the hedge. It’s easy to use and the rotation of the blade and handle is a very useful feature and you can manoeuvre the trimmer with ease. The safety start up of the trimmer ensures it cannot just start and is easily controlled. This really does help with making trimming hedges a quick and easy. It’s not very noisy which surprised me given the power of it.

Great tool

I spent several weeks researching what I wanted from an extendable pole trimmer and this model has given me what I wanted at a competitive price with a good delivery. I must say that I found this product very impressive, the build quality is brilliant & it's not to heavy. It cuts brilliantly & has good battery life. I found it to be better than some of its more expensive rivals. I'm very impressed

The only Hedge Trimmer you will need!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, where do I start with this hedge trimmer.... The chargers were ready to go, and when I needed to charge again, it took between 3-4 hours. Easy to put the batteries in, as you need to have both in for it to charge. The hedge trimmer is heavy, but it's easy to handle, and when using it on my red robins, it was like a knife through butter, so quick and easy. The plus is that it comes with a charger stand to attach to a wall or shed (but you need a powder supply). The power lead also comes with a European plug so it can be used in the UK and Europe. Lastly, it comes well packaged, clear photo of the make and product, in this case us a cordless hedge trimmer. Perfect purchase for any garden with hedges that needs tidying up in Autumn 🍂

Easy to use. Cordless and great battery life.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first hedge trimmer which came at a good time as we have a conifer to trim! At 4kilos it's a good weight for even a slight person such as myself to control. The rotating blade is great for being able to use this power tool at various angles to trim 360 degrees around a tree or a hedge. As a first time user I need a lot of practice but this Stiga e300 Hedge trimmer is fantastic for someone like me. It's cordless, so I have no concerns about a wire. It has three buttons that need to be activated at once to power the trimmer so I trust the safety a lot. And it's easy to clean after trimming with a brush. It trims a conifer (I believe it's a cypress) very easily too. The battery lasts ages and it's not that noisy either. Easy to discuss with whoever is helping you. It comes with equipment to mount it to a wall if you want as well which is great. Overall this is a fantastic trimmer for use by a beginner or someone with more experience.

Brilliant for large hedges.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely loving my new hedge trimmer. It was easy to open, set up and within 10 minutes I was outside trimming the hedge. It is relatively light when standing in a good position. It has a safety feature to turn it off and stops instantly once you release the yellow button. It works like a dream shaping the hedge and trimming all those bushes. The noise level was brilliant however my husband made me wear his helmet just in case. It has two batteries that slide onto the side. The battery lasted longer then I needed as I did the whole back wall and it still had charge. It is easy to plug in at the mains. I was surprised that it could cut through a few thicker branches but I mainly stuck to the hedges. Great piece of kit.
