These don't work

They look good, but they don't work. All of the Blue LED's are illuminated, but the radiator doesn't heat up. I messed about for hours and kept going over the user manual all to no avail. Safe yourself a sore head. Don't buy this junk!

Product does not work.

We bought this very recently. It was very difficult to program. After fiddling with it a long time, we managed to download a schedule. But, the schedule only works once. After we now updated the software through the Terma app, the heater won't turn on. We cannot heat our kitchen in the middle of winter. We wouldn't recommend anyone buying this one.

Insufficient information

For a start the item description is contradictory: "oil filled, electric radiators and are supplied pre- fitted with the Terma MOA Blue heating element" and not the same as "Easy installation (the element will be provided separately and simply needs screwing into place in the radiator at time of installing)" Then there are no fitting instructions even if apparently "Easy" The user manual says details available from the manufacturer. The user manual gives "some basic requirements and principles which must be followed". It then goes on to say the element must be fully immersed in the heating medium and have a suitable air gap. All with no details how this is achieved when the element is supplied separately. More research is required. If you think it would be a case of fit to wall and plug in, you are going to be severely disappointed. Winter will be probably over by the time I get it fitted. So, I can't rate anything until then.
