SIMPLE AND EFFICIENT
It was a straight replacement for the old shower which was about 5 years old. No drilling of holes or modification to pipework required . Took 30 minutes to fit and works perfectly. This is the advantage of not changing design of items one year after the next . As they say "if it's not broked , don't fix it.

Cold shower
I’ve had the product 5 weeks. Bitterly disappointed as it no longer gives hot water out. Can’t afford to pay to have it removed to get a refund on it

Cheap and breaks easily. Invest in a good one
On my 3rd new shower in 4 months because landlord keeps buying this. It's absolutely rubbish. Save up a little more and invest in one that's a bit more expensive that will last longer than a month.

Nice to have a shower again
I brought this as a replacement as on the old one the water heater had given up and it was just cold water. Ordered online and collected and fitted all good so far

Great value shower
Really pleased with this shower. I bought it to replace and upgrade a 9.5kW unit that had failed, and was not disappointed. Better flow at the same temperatures, which is good, as we have an overhead drench shower. Replacing the old unit was quick and easy, thanks to clear instructions printed in proper English.

Life saver
I bought this shower same shower in 2014 and it then stopped working there was no hot water just running cold water. We got exactly the same one again and after not having a shower for nearly 3 weeks this was a life saver. Pleased and glad all job done and back to having hot water
