How BOXT works

Choosing a boiler with BOXT is simple – just answer a few questions about the installation site, choose a package that’s right for you and pick an install date. BOXT's professional engineers will fit your boiler, hassle and mess free!

  • Answer a few straightforward questions about where the boiler is to be located and include some photos of the location.

  • BOXT will recommend a selection of boiler packages for you to choose from, comparing brands and prices.
  • Pick an installation day that's convenient for you.

  • Your BOXT boiler package will be delivered on the morning of the installation.

  • BOXT will send a manufacturer’s warranty as part of the installation which covers everything that BOXT has supplied and installed.

BOXT boilers FAQ's

We've gathered some frequently asked questions to help you in choosing a boiler with BOXT.

Our partners, BOXT, offer a full end-to-end service for purchase and installation of their boilers.

However, should you wish to buy a boiler without installation, you can find a range of boilers on diy.com.

Remember, you will need to have a boiler installed by a Gas Safe engineer.

Not from BOXT, but you will as part of your manufacturer's guarantee. Every new BOXT boiler comes with a manufacturer's guarantee which is dependent on which boiler you have installed.

Manufacturer guarantees are:

  • Worcester Bosch - up to 10 years
  • Vailllant - 10 years
  • Ideal - 7 years
  • Baxi - 7 years
  • Navien - 5 years 

As part of your installation service BOXT will register your boiler with the manufacturer for you, you don't need to do anything to activitate your guarantee.

You can put down up to 50% of the total price as a deposit, and pay off the rest over the payment term, with an APR of 10.9% on the 3, 5 & 10 year plans and an APR of 0% (interest-free) on the 1 and 2 year plans. You'll be able to adjust the amount of deposit you pay when you choose pay monthly at checkout.

If you choose to pay in monthly instalments, you'll apply for credit through BOXT's payment partner. 

At checkout, just select pay monthly.

BOXT offer a range of payment plans over 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10 years, including 0% APR available over 1 or 2 years. It’s 10.9% APR for the other plans. Some of BOXT plans require a deposit.

By leaving a deposit you will reduce your monthly payments and reduce the amount of interest you pay, on the interest-bearing plans. You then pay back the amount you borrow month by month, including any interest if applicable. The first payment is approximately 1 month after the installation but Novuna Consumer Finance will write to you and confirm all the details.

If you would like to pay your finance off before the end of the agreement, contact the finance company directly who will give you a settlement figure and a length of time that figure is valid for.
