But if a fault develops with your Erbauer tool and you need to claim under their new 2-year guarantee, Erbauer Technical Help and Product Support can arrange a free courier collection from your home, repair and return it.
Deciding to repair your product, rather than buying a replacement and adding to the mountain of waste, is also a more sustainable choice and you’ll be doing your bit for the environment.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Step 1
Find your proof of purchase and get in touch with Erbauer Technical Help and Product Support.
Step 2
Chat to them about the problem with your tool.
Step 3
They’ll provide technical and user advice or alternatively, arrange a courier collection from your home.
Step 4
The team will test and if necessary, repair your product back to full working order.
Step 5
Your repaired tool will be returned to you via courier within 5 working days*.
