Loft hatch
Good product . Good value and if you take your time fits well . Remember not to fix the screws to tightly .

Does the job!
We bought this product for access to a roof space. It was very reasonably priced and easy to install. I wouldn’t recommend it for regular use as it is quite flimsy and I had to be careful not to crack the plastic during installation. It is fine for occasional use and appears to be well insulated.

Loft Hatch
Just fitted the GL250 loft hatch, I found it fairly easy to fit & for the money the quality is good. The only issue I had was fitting the hinge blockers, which might be just me, but it’s not clear that the two blockers go on the outside of the door. Apart from that it was straight forward.

Poor 1st delivery
The product itself is not too bad. The plastic door is a bit flimsy, but still ok. It was also easy to mount. And doesn’t look half bad. The delivery on the other hand was a disaster. The box was damaged, and the instructions had become wet, and unreadable. in addition, the screws to mount were also missing. So, all in all, I had to visit the store twice just to get a new one. These defects should have been recognized before shipping.

V good
Leaving a review here to say this is a great piece of kit if you're able to install with a bit of care. Totally air tight with a bead of sealant at install and decent quality plastics and hinges.

Easy install
I read a few bad reviews on here so was doubting whether to get one or not but I seen a review that said do not tighten the screws up fully. Thank you to that reviewer as it’s plain sailing. Yes it’s cheap and the plastic isn’t very thick so flexes but it does the job. I’m just a DIYer and took a professionals advice about not screwing screws too tight.

Bad design
Had it fitted about 6 months now No problem closing it on fitting but now I need to open it can’t get it open can even get it to move a little bit which defeats the purpose would nt buy again
