Create your free listing
Create a listing using photos of what you’d like removed.
Step 3
Choose the best quote
Get quotes from verified licensed waste collectors, then compare the quotes and ratings to find the best collector for you.
Step 4
Pay after pick-up
Once you have had your waste collected - use the app to pay. You will receive full documentation of your disposal.
LoveJunk only uses licensed waste carriers and verify the ID, waste carrier license, and insurance details of every waste collector. The Environment Agency license permit number and recycling rate of the waste disposal facility is included in your collection document.

Yes. There is no charge or commitment to create a listing and receive quotes. You can cancel your listing any time if you don't accept a collector offer. So, if you just want to check prices, then cancel…no problem!
The cost of collection depends on the amount, condition and type of waste, easy of removal and urgency. Each listing will attract local licenced collectors who will tailor the quote to your needs. Visit https://www.lovejunk.com/ to find out more.
Listings normally start to receive offers from collectors within seconds. No response is usually because photos or description are unclear or your pick-up time may be limited (eg. Sun 22:00–00:00 and only listed Sunday afternoon).
Yes. If you wish to edit anything, click 'edit or cancel' in the listing. Then create a new one. You can cancel your listing any time before it is matched to a collector.
If you need to rearrange a collection after the job has been matched, please contact your collector directly.
Under LoveJunk's terms and conditions you may be charged a wasted journey fee (£20) if you cancel a collection once a collector is already on their way or at site.
