TradePoint loyalty

Membership discount will only be activated after the initial qualifying spend thresholds have been met. We will apply the correct level of discount to your account within 7 days for the rest of the month that you spent in and the following three months. If you let us have an email address we will email you when the discount is applied and update you on your spend to date monthly.


Once you have qualified for either a 5% or 10% discount, you just need to spend another £250 or £1,000 during your 3 membership discount months (excluding the month you qualify in) and your membership discount will then stay active for a further 3 months.


Your 10% membership discount will only be activated if the qualifying spend requirements have been met and the discount period will be reset. We will apply the correct level of membership discount to your account within 7 days for the rest of the month that you spent in and the following three months. If you let us have an email address we will email when the discount is applied and update you on your spend to date.


Your membership discount is applicable on practically any products sold in-store across B&Q and TradePoint. Membership discount excludes delivery, gift cards, concessions, clearance (unless otherwise stated), selected smart home products, supplier quoted and selected made to measure products.


Yes – the loyalty discount will apply on store multibuys and existing promotions in store.


Yes your membership discount will be applied automatically online when you make purchases using your TradePoint online account.

Both spend requirements are inc-VAT.


You can spend the qualifying amount in one or you can spend it over multiple transactions. When you have spent £250 or £1,000 (taking into account any refunds and/or cancelled orders) we will apply the correct level of discount to your account within 7 days.


If you let us have an email address, we will provide you with a monthly update on your spend to date and current discount level. Alternatively, you can visit your local store whereby the TradePoint team will be able to help or call our contact centre on: 0333 004 9999.


If you don’t spend enough to maintain your current membership discount you’ll move down one tier. Spend the qualifying amount in one month and you will upgrade to the next loyalty tier.
