TradePoint click & collect
From where to collect your order to what happens if you change your mind, we've answered all your questions about TradePoint's Click & Collect service here.
We’re happy for someone else to collect your order. Please make sure they have a copy of your order confirmation, as well as their own photo ID (passport or driver’s licence).
Your order will be ready to collect from the TradePoint counter, if your store does not have a counter please visit the Click + Collect point at the front of the store.
Our 1 hour Click + Collect service is back up and running. Your order confirmation will give you a time that your order will be available from. If you place an order within an hour of the store closing, your items will be available the next day. Check our store opening hours before visiting.
We’ll hold your Click + Collect order in store for 7 days. If you don’t collect your order within 7 days, we’ll automatically issue a refun
To collect your order, you'll need a copy of your order confirmation email (either as a print out or on your phone), plus the payment card used to make the purchase, or valid photo ID.
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must bring the order confirmation and their own photo ID, which may be photocopied before the order is released.
If you don't collect your Click & Collect order on the day it becomes available, we'll hold on to it in store for another 7 days.
After this point, we'll automatically refund you to your original method of payment, and your order will no longer be available.
You can return a Click & Collect order to any TradePoint store, subject to our returns policy.

Once a Click & Collect order has been placed, it's not possible to change the store it will be delivered to.
If you're unable to collect from this store, we'll automatically refund your payment after 7 days.
