Some of our services are free including Click + Collect, planning appointments, online design and paint mixing. Other services will cost depending on the service requested and the partner providing the service. Always check to see whether there is a charge for the service you are looking for.

We have over 300 stores with varying services, depending on the size of the store. To check whether your local store has the service you are looking for, check our store finder page.

We have teamed up with a small number of professional external partners to offer our customers a wider choice of services. Each partner is specialised in their field and a customer will be able to visit the partner website to check any information, options and terms of the service, including customer support information. Please also check our Terms and Conditions.

Any of our services which require a customer to be over 18 years of age, will need proof of identification. You will also need your TradePoint account card if required. This information can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
